Computer has gone into limp mode. Is the engine light on? It should be. Please get a free scan at your local parts chain and send us the trouble codes. These will help us diagnose the problem and recommend appropriate actions.

OK, sounds like a vacuum leak and maybe the baro sensor is bad too. Is the P0106 still showing after the new MAP sensor? Have you checked all vacuum lines for leaks? If yes, spray some carb cleaner on the intake manifold gaskets while the car is idling. If it revs at all your gaskets are leaking. Is this a 4-cylinder or V-6?

Check spark plugs/gap. I've had similar experiences as the spark plug wears and the gap gets too big.

I have a 2013 Mitsubishi RVR, it’s losing power accelarating, and prompst says, “slow down. What can cause this?

My Friend had an older Mitsubishi and every time she went over 80 kms /ph , an alarm would sound. We eventually found a setting on the dash which can change where you want to set the speed alarm. Perhaps your car has one that flashes up "slow down" and maybe reduces engine power down the speed that its set on ??? Just a guess but it may help you.

2012 F-250 Super Duty said reduced engine power and died. Will not restart

No codes? first possible choice I would give is you have a fuel leak. This would be after the fuel pump system. there are two of them. Primary and secondary. Sucking air or loosing pressure will cause Lose of power or poor performance. Any bad lines in the fuel system will give a no start. Black smoke is rich and white is lean.
There are many other things that will reduce power, Including the transmission. Codes are required to try to diagnose the problem.

Is fuel pump working properly ?- sounds like you may have a case of fuel starvation under certain situations. Check for pressure being within specs.

Have the codes check and repost. this is an intermittant and is probably some thing simple. Autoparts stores check the codes for free. just don't buy anything untill you repost. they people at the stores will sell you the part when they really don't know what the problem is. ie... you could have an 02 code, so they sell you the sensor, when the real problem was a vacuum leak.

I need to know why my check gage light came on and now my battery gage is low and my truck won't stay idoled and it dies and will act like the battery is dead which will eventually kill my battery but then...

You need t have your charging system checked. Low voltage can affect the engines sensors that monitor engine performance. If the battery isn't being charged while you are driving, it will eventually be drained and the engine will die and yu will lose power steering and brakes. If this happens in traffic or at high speed, you could be in big trouble. Have your alternator checked or replaced. Wouldn't hurt to have the battery checked at the same time.

Service engine light comes on and lose power

Well for one you already paid them $90.00 so make them fix it right. Second of all it could be many things. What are the codes? If your service engine soon light is on there are codes set. Does the car run fine when cold then as it warms up does it start to run rough and eventually die?
