Yes if you have a library card you can go on the library database.Then go research data,then to auto repair,then to auto repair reference center and then you have to enter your card number. But you have to have a library card to use the system .If you don't have one just go to then library

I don't know of any free sites but you can get one from alldatadiy.com. Purchase a one or 5 year subscription. If you do a lot of work yourself it is worth it.
