Question about 1986 Chevrolet Nova
Fuel pump is cam lobe driven and located under hood near fuel filter in 1.6 L engine for 1986 Chevy Nova. 2 bolts hold it down. Replace, usually not repairable.

Ok the fuel pump is inside the fuel tank as we all no
but you cant exactly repair them you can take them out and give a good clean and change sponge on them so they dont clog up and check all the wiring on top make sure there is no breaks tears or rips ,,

This relay is located behind the dashboard's lower cover. It consists of two individual relays. One is energized whenever the ignition is ON , thus supplying battery voltage to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). This relay also supplies voltage to the fuel injectors, and power to the second relay. The second relay is energized for two seconds, when the engine is turned ON , to power the fuel pump.
