I have just recently purchased a new Hyundai excel sprint 1992.With the original stereo in it. I have been able to program the radio so I can press 1,2,3 and so on for various stations, however as soon as I switch the car off and on I have to reprogram all of the stations again. Do u have any idea what would cause this or how I can perminently program the stations in.

Re: Truoble programing radio stations.
It sounds like the memory wire isnt connected to the correct position the memory wire on the stereo needs to go to b+ also a faulty battery can cause this even if the battery can still start the car. an auto electrician should be able to test the battery for free to eliminate that as the problem
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
