They both work off of the same cable, so I would say that you have a problem in the speedometer head itself and will need replacing or sent in for repair.

We replaced my 94 honda civics battery, and the stereo says code, so I found the code in the manual but i don't know how to put it into the stereo.. Help!?

Use the number keys and input the code careful not to put in wrong code cause after so many attempts it will lick the radio completely.

Engine is a 5.7 with automatic

That's great but I've no idea what the question is. Please use the email link sent you, do not post the information in a new thread, we have no way to know what the old thread problem was.

Where are soark plugs

Vehicles: 2000 Kia Sportage 4-cylinder 2.0L MFI DOHC 1998-2002

They're hidden underneath the coil cover, which is partially obscured by the accelerator cable bracket, which is obstructed by the air intake.

They're accessed from the top of the engine.

If you don't have a compressed air line to blow dirt away from around the plugs before removing them, one may blow through a plastic drinking straw (while closing eyes), or use a can of compressed air (with a little red plastic straw) sold for use cleaning computer PC boards/keyboards.

Where the manual (below) says "carefully install the spark plug into the cylinder head", you may consider one or another of a couple of experienced mechanic's tricks (used to avoid cross-threading the plug thus damaging the head):
trick 1: start plug by putting plug onto the end of a piece of stiff-ish hose, and
start the threads by gently turning the end of the hose. Once plug has
safely started turning into its threads, switch to a spark plug socket.
trick 2: use the spark plug socket, but carefully start the plug by gently
turning the plug COUNTER-clockwise, until the plug drops a hair - at this
point you know you've found the start of the first thread. Then gently thread
the plug in clockwise.

Spark Plugs - Removal & Installation

WARNING
Do not attempt to remove spark plugs when the engine is hot.

(5) Remove the four bolts and the two coils from the cover.
(6) Disconnect the high tension leads from the spark plugs by twisting the boot and removing.
(7) Use compressed air to remove any dirt from around the spark plug hole.
(8) Make sure the spark plug socket fits squarely on the spark plug, and then remove.
--------------------------------------------
To install:

(1) Be sure the spark plug gap is set to 0.039-0.043 in. (0.98-1.09mm).
(2) Apply anti-seize compound or light lubricating oil (WD-40 or 3-in-1) to the spark plug threads.
(3) Carefully install the spark plug into the cylinder head and torque to 11-17 ft. lbs. (23 Nm).
(4) Reconnect high tension leads to the spark plugs.
(5) Install the two ignition coils and torque four mounting bolts to 14-19 ft. lbs. (26 Nm).
(6) Install the coil cover and secure with six bolts
(7) Install the accelerator cable bracket.
(8) Reconnect the air intake hose assembly

2000 ford windstar will not start some times. I tested the battery, starter, alternator. But it just seems to be completely non responsive when the key is turned. I think it has to do with the alarm. How...

Your problem sounds exactly like my problem on my 2000 windstar. I dont know if I did anything but on mine electrical power has been restored. The reason I say I don't know if I did anything is everything fuses, relays, fuse links, etc all checked out okay. I noticed on mine a strange thing I have voltage on my ground ( it sparks whenever I disconnect reconnect any ground wire. In fact I think this is what caused my power to come back on line when I was doing just that with the ground connections. I then found that my van turns over nicely with the new battery I installed. I have fire on the cylinders I checked. I even can start my van now holding down manually the relay that controls the fuel pump. I now think all of these odd things are resulting from the computer(PCM). If you think we can help each other further please feel free to email me at Caryp8@aol.com.

I have a 1996 chev s10 4cyl. the oil preasure sending unit is leaking how do i fix or change

Hi!
I would say you need to change it with a new one. Just remove the wire and use to right socket to take it off and put in new one and don't forget to use a sealant on the unit's threads. Or you can fix the old you you have by putting new sealant on the threads and put it back again and see the results. Good luck

WE HAVE A 2003 NISSAN XTERRA. ALL DATAS TIMING MARKS CANNOT BE FOUND ON THE VEHICLE. DO YOU HAVE ANY DIAGRAMS THAT WE CAN USE TO LINE UP THE MARKS?

I couldn't find much as well. I gave you what I had in my service manual for the 03. Don't know if it will help any but thought it may a little. Looks like there was a chain and a belt for that year and wasn't sure what you had. If you need any info for that I do have a service manual on the computer here at my shop so if you have any questions or need any diagrams (hope better then these) feel free to email me at csautomotivecars@att.net and I will be happy to email back what I have. Don't think this is going to help you much but here are the pictures and good luck.
