Question about 1994 Mazda MX-3
Wears out atlernator fan belt every six months. nobody can work out why?? tightened regularly but just ends up breaking!
Check that with the belt off you can turn the pulley on the alternator by hand this may be a bit seized and cause the belt to break.

I agree. Your alternator could be delivering good output but still have worn bearings. Have it rebuilt.

I had the same problemn .your alternator is seized up and that is why your belts keep breaking
