No voltage to throttle body on a suzuki samuri

this this all stock car, as most sammi are vastly modified, now.
common mod is put in Sidekick G16B engine.
so is it stock 1.3L?
that be first question, and if car is EFI and is stock or G16
the TPS needs 5vdc from the ECU.
if the ECU 5vdc ref pin is dead there are only 2 causes.
1: ECU bad.
2: this line is shorted.

1992 had 3 engines. 1.3 , 1.6 TBI and 1.6 MPI
throttle body or Multipoint injection (4 injectors) vastly different.
ECU TBI , pin a23 is 5vdc, if the map shorts, this can blow out the 5vde regulator,
ECU MPI. pin B6 runs only the TPS. sensors. (simple)

best practice here is to post displacement of engine,
and ECU part number. ECU suffix is all we need. and bingo.
I have all Suz, part. number, in my book. for all parts and all ECU.
(usa and canada)

The ECU shops (cardone is tops in USA) the first test
is the 5v pin, #1 off the dime. that.
the Sidekick ECU 8valve ECU. TBI , the 5vdc pin loves to burn the
pcb trace to kingdom come.
see that here.
examples see suz, page for 5v
http://www.fixkick.com/ECU/ecu-8v-sig-list/e76.jpg

see blown trace
the trace in front of this zener diode blows.
(usually customers hot wiring stuff (evil)
http://www.fixkick.com/ECU/5vdc-Refr-supply/56B30-5VDC.jpg

the acutal blown trace (and zener blown too)
is here see it, (if real sammi, it will be i different loc.)
this is a Sidekick G16A TBI ECU. 56Bxx
http://www.fixkick.com/look/ECU-secrets/images/33920-56B30_B15_damaged_trace-B15.jpg

how is that?
need more , ask /?

id bet cardone didnt check your ecu, (some fleabayer?)

What is the iat pinout layout for 2002 sante fe 2.7?

Unless you find free info on a web site, you have to
pay for reference material like that

That is why I buy all the factory manuals when I first
get a vehicle ,so I will be ready when the vehicle acts up

A repair shop may print it for you off ALLData of whatever they have

You don't have a short or the ECU would be smoked

The cooling fan comes on even when engine is cold and the engine stalls out on my 2001 Saturn l200

Would seem to indicate a faulty coolant sensor. If the sensor is mistakenly triggering the cooling radiator fan to come on then it most likely that it telling the ECU in error that the engine is at running temperature. When the engine is cold at start up the coolant sensor is supposed to inform the ECU of that fact. The ECU then sets a longer injection time to enrich the fuel/air mix to keep the engine running. As the engine warms the ECU responds to the coolant sensor signals by shortening and therefore leaning the fuel air mix. Your engine is stalling due to there not being enough fuel at idle at low temperatures. Check the connections to the sensor, they should be clean and free of corrosion (do not confuse the sensor with the temperature sender connected to the indicator on the dashboard; the sender has only one wire to the top of it). Check that there is continuity between the coolant pins. If it has four pins then the pair of pins diagonally opposed are on the same circuit. If there is a break (infinite resistance) then replace the sensor. You can check the sensor function by removing it and measuring its electrical response when its tip is put in hot water; generally the hotter it is the lower its resistance, with one pair of pins being about half the resistance of the other pair. As it cools the sensor increases its resistance. failure to see this indicates that a new sensor is required

Power source for ecm and destination of efi fuse for ford mondeo 2.0 16v mk 1 zetec south african make and a pin layout of ecm

Hello! The ZETEC engine was used in the 1999 Ford Escort...I do not know what year your vehicle is, however the pin layouts are the same...

The Fuel Injector Fuse (30A) feeds the injectors via normally open contacts of the PCM Power Relay on a Red/White wire (which becomes Red at the injectors) on pin #12 of the Constant Control Module...
The wire colors of injector control leads (at the injectors) are..#3=Brown/Yellow...#1=Tan...#4=Brown/Light Blue...And #2=White

Wire colors at the PCM plug are...#3=Brown/White (pin 74)...#1=Yellow (pin 75...#4=Green/Orange (pin100)...and #2=Violet/Yellow (pin 103)...

Size restrictions on attachments do not allow me to send the entire PCM...aka...ECM pin layout to you...

ECU

I regret to tell you this, but, the whole truth is: Taking out a diesel and installing a 4AFE will require you to change the entire engine room wiring harness (including the fusebox), the proper 4AFE (manual or auto trans ECU), the fuel pump and the fuel filter, the air intake system, and most def the dashboard harness (which also connects to the ECU). What you have here is 2 entirely different worlds, gasoline vs diesel.
Sorry.
I would not recommend you to undertake this job, unless you have a complete "donor" vehicle for the abovementioned parts.
