Bypass the a/c compressor on a 1997 grand prix

Personally ---I wouldn't spend the time & money to do so

I see no benefit to that

An auto parts store can order a bypass kit or get online

It is not just a different belt replacement

What pulley do you use to take off the harmonic balancer on a 97 grand prix

I wouldn't use a "pulley". I would use a harmonic balancer puller (available at most parts retailers).

1997 pontiac grand prix when key is turn to start it;s just clicks, it will not start, i try to bost with other car no help.

This sounds like a bad starter, i would remove the battery and have it tested, if the battery tests good and fully charged then i would replace the starter, it sounds like a dead spot. a quick test is to have someone hold the key in the start postion and you hit starter with a hammer or metal rod and see if it starts, sometimes it will, this means starter is bad, hope this helps.

I would have the control module tested. Some parts stores can test them. If that's ok, you might have some bad injectors.
