There is something called a "blower motor resistor" that is mounted in the heater box in front of the blower fan. It is burnt out. It's mounted in the heater box so that the blower motor cools it down but they still burn out over time. There is usually a few big wires that connect to it and it will be held on to the box from the outside with a couple of screws. If you need exact instruction, let me know and I'll dig them up and post it.
Testimonial: "Thanks, might you be able to post the exact instructions?"
OK. I have it at work, I'll post it a little later today.

CHECK YOUR BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR. IT WILL BE LOCATED ON THE HEATER CASE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE CLOSE TO THE MOTOR. IT WILL HAVE ABOUT 4 WIRES TO IT. IT IS POSSIBLE THE SWITCH IS BAD, BUT MORE LIKELY THE RESISTOR CHECK IT FIRST.
