Question about 2003 Ford Windstar

My driver side power seats and side power mirrors don't work!

Hi! You seem like a good person to ask. My driver side power seat in my 2003 ford windstar is stuck in one position. The side power mirrors also don't work. Everything else seems to work fine.

Sounds like a bad fuse, have a look at your manual and see which fuse controls those parts, they are most likely on the same fuse, the fuse box may also say which fuse is for what, If the fuse in the first box doesn't fix it, try a new fuse in the box under the hood, let me know how this goes, you may also have corrosion in a wire but check the fuses first.

As fuse is ok, it's probably a connector that's corroded or pulled
apart - check under seat first, then trace wiring back. If you have a
cable probe (sharp pointy one), you could check for the supply right back
    to the fuse.

Ford f150 driver side power seat mirrors heated seat and 4 wheel drive not working

This is a very common failure, depending on the year of your truck. Check the fuse panel under the hood VERY CLOSELY and make sure there is no corrosion AT ALL, and that each and every fuse/relay is seated nice and tight and in the correct spot. Pay close attention to fuse #23 and the surrounding areas as that is usually part of the problem. Further more, the wiring up to this panel needs to be traced back, and i believe that there's a loom that goes through the firewall and can be exposed/rubbed/chaffed/ in the driver side wheel well, especially if there is aftermarket or bigger wheels installed. finally, any malfunction indicator lights? any fault codes? how long has this been happening? and has it continued to get worse. Please Advise, we are here to help.
Regards,
-Tim

Driver door or seat module. All of these components are controlled by s module. You'll need a scan tool to properly diagnose.

The side view mirrors will not move using the control

There are 2 fuses associated with the power mirrors, fuses F4 & F3.

The next thing to check ( if equiped ) do the power seats still work ?
The reason I ask, is if the power seats do not work, this ( usually ) is a broken splice in the driver's side door sill. The broken wire also has other items associated with it.

Start with checking the fuses, and if they are good check for power at the power mirror switch on the :
F3 - Orange w/ Light Green stripe wire.
F4 is for the power fold module ( in 06 a King Ranch option ).

Hi Rosa

Expect they have missed reconnecting a multi plug electrical connection behind the door panel.

The trim will have to come off, to check.

Good Luck.!

P.S. don´t forget to give me a rating !
