This is setup on an idler assy. look for a solid wheel contacting the belt. Most likley your belt has stretched and will need replaced. To replace this belt look for the solid wheel insert a 3/8" ratchet and loosen the belt. Reverse the process to install the new belt.

Follow these steps:
1. Tighten the cylinder head bolts to 44 ft-lbs (60 N-m)
2. Rotate the cylinder head bolts another 95 degrees
3. Now tighten them an additional 95 degrees
4. You are done!
at 60k, if it aint been done,do the lot.....filters oils.....antifreeze.....belts.....timing belt. then you have another 60k before you have another big bill.....
On the big fuse / relay box there should be a red plastic surronded terminal, may have a cap. This would be the positive terminal and the ground can be any metal on the engine, not the pulleys!
