Milky oil cap on merc c180 2005

You havw a serious problem with water getting into the oil.
Most likely it is leaking from the head gasket. You mentioned that the head gasket was replaced 6 months ago. Did the cylinder head get re-tighten after several hundred kms. If not this should have been done to avoid this problem.

My truck runs fine blows no smoke no water in engine oil but i have oil in radiator milky substance

its either a oil cooler if fitted and if no oil cooler then its a head gasket ,the seal for the oil feed to the head has failed and the oil pressure is pushing into the water jacket via the head gasket .Sorry no quick fixya solution here just hard dirty work

I have a 2001 monte carlo. there is oil in my radiator. does anyone know the problem could be with my car? my car runs fine.

Are you sure it is oil and not just old corroded dex cool? Just asking because about the only way to get oil in the radiator is through a bad head gasket or cracked head which will usually cause the vehicle to run poorly. Here is a few pics of what dexcool can become. jsmes1027_2.jpgjsmes1027_3.jpg

The radiator of my 2003 isuzu trooper has a mixture of water and diesel now, and per mechanic, we have to replace the overhaul gasket kit and cylinder head (though without testing), can we just proceed...

how did the diesel get in there? are you sure its diesel fuel or is it motor oil? then it could be head gasket problem. Or trans fluid, which would make it milky pink? Then it could be the trans cooler in the radiator leaking. If someone accidently put diesel fuel in it then just flush it out. If it has been in there long enough to start ruining hoses then replace those. why does he say gaskets? how does it run? does it overheat? then maybee head gaskets. and resurface heads.
