You can use any make coolant. most spares outlets sell a hydrometer for coolant, and your coolant/water can be determined by this, depending on the temperature your vehicle operates in. Usually a 60/40 mix is good. However remember that the cheaper the coolant is usually the more diluted it is so although it has a pretty colour it is well worth testing the intensity.
