You lost the Freon again, because you probably only fill up Freon last winter, you didn’t check the leak and fix it,

You have to check the AC belt, compressor, AC clutch, condenser ( see the small glass window to find out if there is some bubbling, if your Ac has bubbling, you need fill up Freon.

The damper door is located on the passenger side, next to the floor board. You can look in and see the door, kind of under the center console, under the dash. This door controls whether the Jeep blows hot or cold air.

How old is the battery?
Does the solenoid click?
Try your other battery if it fits or have yours tested
Remove both ends of cables and clean
If the battery is not at 12.6 volts min ,you can not use it,jump it ,until charged

Heater problems it sounds like a flap opening in the heater only opens sometime or heater does not work. how can i repair this????

ON THE PASSENGER SIDE UNDER THE HOOD LOOK UP CLOSE TO THE FIREWALL,&ALMOST ON TOP OF THE BLOWER MOTOR YOU WILL SEE A VALVE THAT HEATER HOSES RUN TO AND IT HAS A VACCUM HOSE HOOKED TO IT TOO, CRANK THE TRUCK,& TURN THE HEAT ON,THEN GO AND PULL THE VACCUM HOSE OFF & IF THE LITTLE ARM DOESN'T MOVE ,HOOK THE HOSE BACK UP & SEE IF IT MOVES IF NOT THAT IS THE HEATER CONTROL VALVE & ITS BAD ,YOU CAN PUSH THE VALVE TO MAKE IT HEAT ,BUT IN SOME CASES,YOI HAVE TO PRY THE ROD TO THE VACCUM PLUNGER OFF AND TAKE A ZIP TIE AND TIE IT IN THE OPPPISITE FROM THE WAY IT WAS.I HAD THE SAME PROB ON MY 98 MOUNTIANEER,IN SUMMER I WOULD ZIP TIE IT ONE WAY & WINTER THE OTHER TILL I GOT AROUND TO FIXING IT

AC/heater vent only blow out hot air

that switch controls a vacuum operated door that lets a/c or heat thru.when accelerating, the vacuum in the engine changes so it sound like a vacuum issue.take apart the center stack and there is a vacuum actuator in there connected to the flap door .i have seen those have issues with the metal tab broken away from the plastic that moves it.is the a/c piping cold under the hood where it goes into the heater a/c assembly?the compressor should be cycling on and off and the pressure tested.

A/C and Heater vents.

You have a vacuum leak. The default postion(no vacuum) is defrost and heat. Check the small black vacuum line coming out of the firewall on the right side near the ac evap and heater core. Trace it back to intake and make sure it has vacuum there and there are no leaks. You should also see a vauum canister when u trace it back, this is the reserve so u have enough vacuum to keep it from changing from floor to def when accelerating.
