Check engine po480 how to fix it

Code 480 just means the cooling fan is not working. You would need to test the fan motor and the relay to find out the actual problem. The engine computer grounds the relay to turn the motor on.

Codes PO480 and PO481 cooling fan 1 & 2 control circuit. what and where is that on a 2001 buick century?

The relays should be in the fuse relay box in the engine compartment.
The codes mean the computer tries to activate the fans and nothing happens. Could be the relays or a wiring problem.
