You will need a 10mm socket with an extension that is at least 10 inches long. You need to remove the headlight assembly. Once you remove the bolts on top of the assembly there is one more bolt down low which is almost impossible to get to without that extension.
Once the assembly is loose, unhook the various connectors. Now the whole assembly should come out easily. The low beam headlight is held in by a spring clip. Don't touch any glass part of the new bulb and do use the electric grease they will try and sell you at the register. Once the bulb is changed it is just a matter of reinstalling the connectors and the bolts.

Do NOT remove the headlamp assymbly from the car, it is a pain in the *** to get out and worse to put back. (Done that)

The ports are located on the back of the headlamp assymbly and accessible from the engine compartment. Work around the coolant reservior (right side). Move the battery out of the way (left side) This is a pull and replace job, just make sure you don't handle new bulbs with your bare hand.

2010 gmc canyon truck passange side low beem replaced and still not working

Check to make sure the fuse is not blown. The fuse for the low beam and high beam headlights are in the fuse block under the hood. Each light has its own fuse.

I have a 95 SC2. The high beam headlight on the passanger side does not work. Both low beams work, and when the high beams are turned on, the right side goes out completley. I tried a new light and then...

According to the wiring diagram, there is no relay involved.
The headlight switch provides the ground for the lights and they get power from a fuse for each side. So the high and low beam on one side is powered by the same fuse and the ground is thru the switch.
Could be the switch but chances are a wiring problem.

No low beam headlights and only have high beams. when lights are off and I start the car and put it in drive the headlights blink

the low beam curcuit on the bulb is blown or there is a broken wire, usually inside the passanger side fender.its in the harness and its usually pink or red.

F 150 Head light issue

You know the fuse for the high beams is good ( Cab fuse panel fuse # 16 ) and the pass low beam fuse ( cab fuse panel # 26 ).
Might want to check cab fuse panel fuse #28 ( this is the driver's side low beam ).

If this fuse has power on both sides ( with the low beams on ) next you can pull the headlamps, and check for power at the connectors, but depending when the last bulb change took place, I would say you need need bulbs. ( need at least 1 for the high beam out )
Confirming with a meter at the headlamp would be a good idea, before spending the money.

The bulb connector has 3 pins.
Black wire is ground on both sides
Light Green w/ Black stripe wire is high beams on both sides
Driver Lo = Dark Blue w/ white stripe
Pass Lo = Dark Green w/ Orange stripe.
