I have the same problem but have gone through a series of elimination battery cables, wires from the alternator, and starter wire clip. and ground around the engine compartment. I have also used graphite to lubricate the locks and have just had the started diagnosed as the culprit. I hope this works. when I try to start the car it will be as though ther is no battery no click no groan no trying at all, NOTHING. After about ten minutes to thirty minutes the car will usually start. When the radio is played in the accessories position for ten minutes the same thing happens the car wont start until I let it set for ten to thirty minutes and away it goes

Check battery voltage ,
check battery terminals are tight
if these are both ok then start to look at the starter motor

Power Doors are not working properly.

If the relay was at fault none of the doors would work at all. I suggest you may have defective door lock actuator motors and stick door latches, they are very prone to this kind of failure if the door latch gets hard to activate from dirt or corrosion. Make the door latches move freely.

Need help with auto-locks!

When you get the doors unlocked, simply unplug the lock servos (motors) inside the door panels. The locks will still work manually and with the key. If they don't work with the key, then remove the linkage from the servo, to isolate the power lock function from the lock mechanism. Test the key while the door panels are off to avoid having to take them off twice to remove the linkage

Hi

trhe ticking noise is the relays, however the most likely cause of this fault is the drivers door wiring, very common Peuegot fault with opening and closing the door the wires within the black plastic sleave start to wear and then contact each other, do you electric windows work? central locking? had any issues with these at all? is there anything electrical that sometimes works and sometimes does not?

Lights flickering

The Lights Flickering is most likely a defective Voltage regulator in the Alternator. Use a Volt meter to determine this.. I think its isolated from the door locks.. Im not good on door locks.. So not much help there.. But hope what lil bit I do know helped ya. thankx
