check pages 177-181. There are 2 fuse panels in your truck, one is under the steering column, the other is under the hood. Use the pictures in this PDF to figure out which is which, and you should be able to find the correct fuse or fuses to replace. That many inop lights makes me think that if it isn't multiple fuses, it may be a lighting control module issue. My crown victoria had a bad LCM that caused a similar problem.
