I have a 95 jeep rio grande that i can't keep running. It acts like its not getting fuel so i changed the fuel pump in the tank. It turns over but nothing, it will start if i spray stuff in the air box but...

I'm assuming the filter was replaced also and the fuel pump is actually powering up. Have you tried to pull a trouble code??? This is done by turning the key to on (not start), then off, then on, then off, then on and leave it on and count the blinks on the engine light on the dash. The first series of blinks before the pause is the firsr digit, after the pause, the second series of blinks is your 2nd digit. Pay attention, you may have more than one code. Reply back with results by clicking on the comment link on the upper right side of the page, and I'll see what we can do.

95 jeep yj wont start

have you checked the fuel pump ? the fuel pump is in the fuel tank and it may be that the fuel guage inside the tank is broken and or not attached to the pump. This is a big job but with a little help from buddys and a bit patients it can be repaired.

95 Jeep Wrangler will turn over but not start

COULD BE A COUPLE OF THINGS. NO SPARK COULD BE A BAD COIL. I DON;T KNOW IF YOU HAVE THE OLD OR NEW TYPE OF COIL. YOUR NO FUEL PROBLEM COULD BE THE FUEL PUMP IN THE FUEL TANK. JEEPS WERE NOTED FOR THIS PROBLEM. THERE IS A CAP YOU CAN TAKE OFF THE FUEL RAIL IF IT IS FUEL INJECTED AND TURN THE KEY ON TO SEE IF THE PUMP IS WORKING. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DO THIS AS FUEL WILL SPRAY EVERYWHERE IF THE PUMP IS WORKING. THAT WILL BE A FIRE HAZARD IF CONTACT IS MADE WITH AN ELECTRICAL SPARK. USE CAUTION WHEN PERFORMING THIS ITEM.

1989 Jeep Wrangler Standard wont start

You have to check if this is fuel or spark related. You HAVE to put a filter in the system or the fuel injectors will get clogged. Check for spark first. If you have a good spark at the plugs, then your problem may be fuel related. If uou don't have any spark, then the problem could be a bad crank sensor.

Listen, You need a new computer. Those are your relays clicking. There is no signal from the relays going to your computer to tell the Jeep to turn on. Cause your computer is broke. Check online for the best price. I bought mine from autozone.
