There is an issue with the air conditioner, the passenger side blows hot air and the driver side is cold. What do I need to do to fix this issue.

Looks like your ventilation system is not functioning.
Under your dashboard is the ventilation housing, flaps that directs air from one point to another are stuck up or the one that controls it(mostly vacuums hoses and solenoid) is not working anymore.

The work to be done is to pull out the whole dashboard to gain access in that area.

I suggest you should bring that to your dealer or garage shop to fix that problem.
