Noise from transmission tunnel even when on tick over in neutral. The noise gets louder when you rev up..........the gearbox and torque converter have been checked and are ok....suspect this is the touch tube bearings but not 100%, any advise on whether this is a common fault and best solution / prices would be appreciated along with idea's of anything else it could be?

The
whining noise is probably the transmission fluid pump going bad , without hearing it that would be just a guess . P1516 is a throttle position out of range condition .
All the other codes have to do with traction control an antilock brakes .
A common cause of a whining or buzzing type noise when not in gear (neutral and park) is a WORN PUMP in the transmission. How many miles are on the car??
A noisy pump is just noisy and won't cause a breakdown until it becomes MUCH louder. If the noise is not that loud at this point, just keep driving it for now, and chalk it up to normal wear & tear. But DOOO make sure your transmission fluid is topped off. The amount of fluid between the LOW and FULL marks is about one pint. DON'T overfill OR allow it to get below the LOW mark. Transmissions are VERY fluid-level-sensitive.
Could be one of the belts slipping or worn out. Might even be the water pump bearing. Does the whine increase/decrease as you rev? Whine louder if you suddenly accelerate?
Sounds like you have a bad wheel bearing. Sometimes you can jack up the wheel, in your case the right front) and with one hand spin the wheel while holding onto the front strut spring with the other. If you can feel the noise (sounds wierd but you can feel the noise) than the bearing is bad. It helps if the transmission is in neutral (make sure you secure the vehicle from moving while its in neutral)
If the noise happens when car is in park and you rev it to about 1500rpm's then its thebearing in the oil pump of the torque converter. It should make noise all the time even in park ideling. You may need a rebuild transmission. Have the vehicle checked out at a transmission repair shop
normally, the only part of your automatic transmission that will make a whining noise is the pump. it usually whines when iether the fluid is low or more commonly when the transmission oil filter is getting plugged up.
the power steering pump will also make a whining noise too.
turn the wheel all the way to the right and hold steady pressure against the stop. this puts maximum force on the power steering pump and, if the power steering pump is the one making the whine, it will change the sound of it. (usually louder).
if the trans pump is making the whine noise, it should sound different in neutral compared to drive. this test will really only work if it make the noise without the vehicle moving. if it wont do it at idle hold the rpms at 2000 or so.
if you decide the noise is coming from the transmission, and the transmission filter has not been replaced (assuming you installed a used transmission), replace the filter by removing the oil pan.
oh and also, if it is the power steering pump you should be able to make it make the whining noise while the vehicle is stationary. if it wont make noise unless its moving its not the power steering pump.
SOUND LIKE TRANSMISSION IS SLIPPING.CHECK THE TRANSMISSION FLUID MAKE SURE ITS NOT LOW.ALSO IF TRANSMISSION FLUID LOOKS DIRTY DARK AND SMELLS BAD REPLACE FLUID AND FILTER.IF FLUID IS GOOD YOU HAVE.TRANSMISSION OIL PUMP AND FORWARD CLUTCH PROBLEMS.
Mine is an 88 cant imagine its different, thereis a plastic tank on the rhs of the trans that has a screw off lid, you will need the car on stands or a hoist level and with the oil at opperating temp you will also need a bottle pump or some type of plunger to fill it the engine must be running and add the fluid slowly allow time for it to be taken into the trans repeat until at the mark and stays there
