Check the hood latch wires, they get wet and dirty, clean the hood latch well, usea a degreaser, then use an air hose to get it all clean. the wire for the hood latch is kinda hidden,
(not the cable one thats used to release the hood) then dry it out with a hair dryer or something, i used a heat gun. then sprayed it with wd-40 (WD = water displacment)
when the latch and wires get wet it creates a short and acts like the hood is being opened, then triggers the alarm, could be the trunk one as well. this worked for me !
Just an average joe tat hates being ripped off from the dealerships !!
