Question about 1993 Chevrolet Lumina
MY 1993 LUMINA HAS 95,000 MILES AND FOR THE MOST PART HAS BEEN A GREAT CAR. HOWEVER TODAY AFTER I HAD BEEN DRIVING FOR 10 TO 15 MILES IT STALLED WHEN LEAVING A STOP LIGHT. THEN I HAD TO LET IT SIT A WHILE BEFORE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. IT SEEMS TO GO IN TO GEAR JUST FINE. I REALLY DO'NT KNOW HOW TO EXSPAIN EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. SORRY! I HOPE YOU CAN HELP. P.S. SOMEONE SUGESTED THE FILTER.OR THE TRANSMISSION OR SOME KIND OF MECHANICAL CODES? OR MOTOR MOUNTS. (CAN YOU SEE WHY I'M CONFUSED)
Check crank shaft sensor.if it was gearbox trouble it would not stall engine.please rate this.best of luck.
