Someone "masicured"? Maybe you mean Massacred? Under the hood? LOL. OK, maybe mice got under your hood and chewed all the wires since it would be weird and hard for someone to get under the hood. That's what happened to ours.

You say the head gaskets are fine, yet the compression is not.
How do you know the gaskets are not blown ?
Normally, when an engine runs hot, the gaskets expand and cannot contract, and the heads warp so they are not flat. You loose compression and usually have coolant in the cylinders.
You can also loose compression but not have coolant leaking into the block. It depends on what warped.

try by starting off with getting a computer scan for diagnostic trouble codes.ther should at least be a history code stored. it sounds like maybe a cam sensor problem , but the scan should shed more light on the course of repair.
good luck chris

On a 95 chrysler concord the tranny will not up.

Not really, there is a high and low solenoid on the side of the transmission, sometimes they become loose and disconnect.
