My battery has been replaced 6 times in 2 years. GM dealer can not figure out what the problem is. The car has been at the GM service center three weeks and they still can't find the problem. They did replace my battery and charged $210,00 for new battery and diagnostic fee saying it was the off brand of battery. Their battery was dead the next time the car sat for two days. After reading the FixYa problems of other GM and Ford cars I have figured out that the dealership does not want to take the time to pull each fuse to locate the problem. I hope I can find the time to pull the fuses myself. Will let you know what I find out.

My abs light will all of a sudden go on while im driving and then right after that i will loose all power on my car the battery is then completely drained its so dead it wont even click to turn over

If the battery goes dead while driving, that means that the "charging system" isn't doing the job. The alternator may be fine, but there's something not connecting correctly. Have a competent mechanic check the full charging system.

Complete battery drain

Lets start at the beginning. You check the battery first to make sure a dead cell is not draining the battery. If the battery checks out ok, you disconnect all of the circuits on the truck and then check each one to find out what is "on" when everything should be off.
One thing to check is the relay for the glow plugs.

I hAve a 94 chevy s10 pick up i replaced the battery and altanator but something is draining the battery over night. has anyone had a similer problem or where i should start looking.thanks

I had a 94 Sonoma with similar problem, I had 2 things draining my power, 1 was the solenoid on the starter, when car is cold use your hand or a thermal sensor and see if dissipating heat, mine had solenoid warmer than body of starter. My other drain was the passenger lighted mirror, it would not turn off when it was closed. I have seen factory radios go bad too and feel slightly warm, but another method if you can't find draw is to hook up volt meter and pull fuses 1 at a time to see if your voltage drop, which you should see occurring on the meter, goes away then check that circuit, had a wiper motor do it on a car that saw 4 shops and no resolve... good luck...

Battery, Altanator, and other parts are working well. Had them all checked. Was told that something in the car is draining the battery. Check all lights lamps inside car. could it be the alarm system...

sometimes your alternator works when it wants to its a sign of it starting to go bad how often does your battery go dead how long does it take before car will not start up make sure battery terminals are clean and tight have it tested again there is no way to reset battery do you have a light in your trunk who told you something was staying on killing your battery

Wont start or crank

I hate to say this but you may have a seized engine.
I recommend you take it to a repair shop and have them look into this possibility.
If Battery is new , starter is new, assumption that cables and wiring are in good condition and all your getting is a click not even a crank ... then either they gave you a bad starter or high resistance or a seized engine one of the three.

Alot of noise coming from altanator..battery will

One quick way to check the alt. is when it is running discounect the pos. cable and if the engine dies it is a bad alt. If it stays running it's good. Let me know if this was helpful.

Altanator keeps dieing.

A fresh charged battery does not mean it is a good battery. The battery is working the alternator to death, replace it,it has a bad cell,or the amps are to low,and has a short in it.The alternator senses the battery is in bad need off charge, and puts all out until the alternator has nothing left,This is the most likely cause of this problem. Also be sure the battery cable ends are shiny clean when replacing the battery.
