Cluch has no compresion

I was driveing and my cluch stuck to the floor i pulled over and something was leeking from the bottom of the car. i had a little bit of compresion till i drove it somemore the it when out totally

Check ur slave cycl. sound like it failed

4wheel drive will not go into any gears 5speed

do you mean the 5 speed manual transmission will not go into gear? and it is a 4x4 truck? I would check clutch linkage and fork or slave cylinder if it applies to this model. Is it grinding at all? Can you determine if the pressure plate is actually disengaging the cluch plate. If the pressure plate is properly disengaging then the problem may be the shift fork in trans is broke,wedged. trans mainshaft broke, I'm not sure but does that year have a removable floor pan cover under floor mat above trans? AS you can pull the top off trans and inspect without pulling trans out of truck.

I have a 1996 isuzu rodeo 4wd v6 and the clutch pedal is stuck on the floor and the car is stuck in second gear. I'm not sure what to do the clutch won't spring back and right before the cluch got stuck on...

check the rod or cable have someone pull the pedal up when you are under the driver side of the car and you should be able to see what is loose on the transmission some have a spring to return the clutch to its normal location the gear is stuck because the clutch is not working hope this helps you

Hi my 1997 audi a4 1.9 tdi is juddering when i pull away . ive had 2 new cluches. each time when a new cluch was fitted the problem stopped for about a week or so but then returned. any ideas?......

These cars Have a fault with the Crankshaft damper breaking up.This is all fitted in the bottom crank pullyRemove the bottom pully and check.I think you will find that damaged.I have had this problem before on audi vw seat.

My mk4 golf cuts out when clutch is applied,not every time but enough times to make me concerned and frustrated.

oh dear, you drive with your foot on the cluch then? or hold the cluch down at the lights insted of knocking it out of gear? never hold down the cluch for more that 30 seconds at a time,,,,,naughty naughty! this is just one of the prices you pay for that,
its you cluch release bearing, its seised up on you, cluch riding dose that! its only a little bearing!!!!!
the fix is a new cluch bearing, but what it costs to take the gear box out to replase the bearing it would be cheeper in the long run to have a compleat new cluch fitted, and then lurn not to ride the new cluch as much,,,,and all this just to pull away a fuw seconds faster??? this is a £350-£500 job now
how frustrated do you feel now?????

My clutch will not depress

Release bearing collapsed.Your slave cylinder has bottomed out so you wont press the pedal any moore.You need to change the whole clutch Assembly

Cluch stuck to floor.

Have you tried bleeding the master cylinder first? There should be a bleeder valve down on your tranny close to where your master cylinder line hooks in. You need 2 people to do this properly or you can buy a special valve from an auto parts store and do it yourself. If any air has gotten into your lines, your clutch will go to the floor. Tranny fluid is cheaper than buying both slave and master cylinders. Plus, if you replace them, you'll have to bleed the system anyway.

Emergency break pedal stuck to floor, but break is disengaged

sounds like your brake cable has broken or there is something damaged in the pedal assembly.........try pulling on the release handle and move the e-brake pedal back to its off position by hand at the same time.(you may have to tie it in this position to keep it up)If that doesnt work there is a sensor on the pedal assembly that you should be able to bypass by either disconecting the wire(1 wire system) or connecting the two wires together (2 wire system)Especially if your truck is a standard the e-brake is an important safety feature,so if these steps fix the light and dinging problem you should still take the steps to have it repaired.
