IT is probably not there because the person who fitted the tow bar forgot to put it in or there is a wiring problem that was blowing the fuse .. There will not be a fuse for the tow bar for normal towing as the fuses for the lights and brakes cover the trailer . It may only be necessary when you want a 12 volt power supply to what you are towing
