Hi,
If you are just getting a click when you try to start when hot, The problem usually lies in the starter solenoid. This is the lump on the side of the starter. When hot, some makes just sieze up.

A replacement starter is usually needed. Not that the starter itself is bad, but a new solenoid is often more expencive than a second-hand starter.

What does it do, if you try to accelerate when this starts to happen? If it dies, sputters or is sluggish, I'd start by changing fuel filter, and if that doesn't help, have fuel pressure tested when (if at all possible) this begins to happen. Had similar problem, winter was fine, hot weather it would die, and restart after 20 minutes or so, then go a fair distance again, then same thing. Fuel pump was on it's way out and when it got hot, fuel pressure would drop. First thing in the morning when fuel in tank and pump was cool, ran like a charm, but on way home from work, after sitting on a hot day, fuel got warm/hot, and pump heated up and that's when it started. Carried a fuel pressure gauge with me. Fuel pressure when cool, was 49 psi, and when it got hot, eventually dropped off to 2 psi. Sat for 20 minutes, jumped back up to 49psi, took off for home, then would eventually get lower and die again. Changed pump and filter, all was well. Try filter first, you have nothing to lose, and it should be changed if pump replaced later anyway.

Car won't start after driving a distance

may be the starter, when it hot it won't make contact, try to have some one tap on the starter while you turn the key.

Car won't restart right away.

your car is bringing in air that the mass airflow sees as way to hot, so it is not allowing the car to start, if this is happening, you may also be experiencing a random misfire during operation.

After driving for 25-30 minutes, the car won't start for about 3 hours

Any chance you've got 'Titanium' spark plugs. We had this same issue, and found it was caused by a mechanic replacing our plugs with the titanium ones. If they were hot, they didn't ignite properly during startup. If you let the car cool, it would start right up (~2 hours). Changing the plugs for good quality old-style plugs and the problem hasn't occurred since.
