Hi, the problem sounds like the heater plug relay. which is placed on the front slam panel, its the 3rd one along on the right and should be a grey one and you will see that the wires leading to the glow plugs. hope this helps.

Hi i have a 2003 chrysler voyager 2.5,erm seems to be smoke coming from underneath car when turning engine off im thinkin its something to do with the rear heating system box and pipe under the car,lol im...

Hi Joanne, dont know a big pile about cars but I also have 2003 Voyager and I know that this is caused when your heater is up fully. There should also be a whining noise. There is some system in the Chrysler that uses diesel to assist your heater. This causes this series of events when you stop your car and is nothing to worry about. On the subject of heating, my heater is **** and doesnt seem to be enough to heat car. Hope this is helpful. C Burns

Chrysler grand voyeger has blue sh smoke coming out of exhaust using more fuel ???

Blue smoke is engine oil burning in the combustion chamber. White smoke would be coolant and black smoke is too much fuel. Try replacing the spark plugs to get better fuel mileage, they are most likely fouled due to oil burning.

1994 chrysler lebaron 3.0 Ignition started

You have lost the accessory power feed due to high resistance at the ignition switch connector.
Most likely the switch will need to be replaced and if the harness plug is not heat damaged too bad you may be able to clean and crimped the terminals a little for better contact. In some cases you can buy just the connector end from the dealer as a repair part.

Chrysler voyager wont start

hi, have exactly the same problem on a 2000 2.5 tdi, have rectified it by removing first fuse at top of box. This controls central locking, stereo & interior lights so now I just have to trace fault. when you reconnect battery I hear a relay clicking from both the left & right hand sides which seems to be on the bulkhead, these relays are not releasing and are discharging the battery after 3 days. If you can live without the above try it, your odometer light will go off too.
Will post soultion when I find it. [email protected]

2002 chrysler voyager heater fan

replace the heater resistor block. On my 2002 Voyger it was easy and part was apx. 17.00. drop the door of the glove box. Let hang and behind the box is the unit. Remove 2 ea, 8mm screws and unplug a 6 pin plug and a 2 pin plug. Replace unit install two screws and replug in connectors. Will take apx. 15 min. and will save you money and a trip to the shop. Good Luck, Bigfox
