My cr-v does the same, it’s the seal between the glass and the plastic wiper motor cover (I’m sure there is a word for it).
A condenser from your A/C unit could cause water droplets and a puddle to appear. If you live in a humid area you could be seeing that condensation very similar to a cold glass getting condensation on the outside due to cold liquid on the inside. If the water has color i.e. green, it may be a leak in your heater core. One possible way to find out is to not run the A/C or the defroster as this causes the compressor to kick on also, and see if the water stops dripping.

I have the same problem as David's.
anytime it rains or i wash my car, water drips down from underneath the gloves compatment and that makes my car smell so bad.
what could be the problem of that dripping water
I'll be glad if anybody come come out with a solution
