no start? stalls? what?
checked fuel pressure cranking, did you, and below 30 PSI?
did you know that 1/2 the cars EFI made do not make fuel pressure
just key on but must be cranked, or be running, (crash and burn protection that, the smart engineers........)
if i had and old car like this (and do) (i have many and restored, 10x that)
id buy the FSM, or get the alldata.com login
at the least.
i would , as id bet there are lots of other issues with this old car
never seen one that didnt.
the real issue with GM /Geo bs, is GM changes the colors of
wires on their, 1/2 Corolla car, Geo-ized, i call it.
if you love the car and love to fix it "DIY" and want ALL the facts
this is the book to have.

What is the oil pressure supposed to be for a 1991 Geo tracker?

10 psi or above at idle is fine. Normally it runs at about 30-50 psi at 2000 rpm.

Where do i find fuel pressure regulator on an 2001 tracker v6 the engine is starving for fuel when going down the hwy allready replaced fuel filter

it's on the end of the fuel rail. Vacuum operated regulator failure usually results in rich condition. You should check pressure to see if your pump is getting the job done. Cannot find the spec on pressure but a new pump for your car delivers 80-100 psi. Let me know if you have more questions.

89 tracker 5 speed 4x4 will not run motor cranks, has fuel pressure, plugs are firing, will run if gas is poured in throttle body.injector is not pulsing.no voltage going to injector.checked wires all way to...

Check the oil. A few of them cars back in the 80's had a low oil switch to prevent the engine from running if the oil was low by turning off the fuel pump. But if it runs when you pour gas in it, and you say it has fuel pressure? Why is it not getting fuel? There has to be shut off somewhere in the line that is preventing it. Try removing a battery terminal to kill the entire system then, retry it. You never know.
