I have the same problem, took over to the Auto Zone, They said that Code shows its a speed control sensor. Is it the same as revolution sensor?

What you need is a "revolution sensor" I had the same exact problem. Replaced the sensor and everything is fine

I have spent a lot of money trying to solve this problem on my Nissan Maxima 2000 all to no avail. I bought the revolution speed sensor as suggested and the one there was replaced. It was awesome! The car is running and performing well. Thank you.

I have a 2003 nissan maxima v6... how do I check if my muffler is clog or converter the car starts and run for a couple of mins but I try to give it gas but my rpms dont go over 2000? It only picks up...

you only have to go to the nearest place to have the fault codes read. converters cab break up and block the exhaust but this is after high rpms and constant high speed driving and exhaust mufflers very seldom block up. The restricted rpms indicate that the engine /transmission is in protected mode and that will be revealed by the fault codes obtained from the reading.

If your`check engine light is on, have the codes read to find out what is causing your transmission problems, but yours seems to be a common problem, the usual symptoms of a failed speed sensor in the 00-03 maxima. Have it checked out.

Check your fluid level but if that is good you need to have the transmission checked. Not what anyone really wants to hear but you have a transmission problem that needs to be repaired.

There are two speed sensors one is called a revolution sensor that is located on the case of the transmission. You can take the driver side wheel off and see the sensor on the top of the case of the transmission. A 10mm bolt is holding it in. Easy fix

P1320 trouble code plus

The P1320 code is essentially a coil primary voltage problem. This is traceable using a labscope or accurate DVOM and perhaps you can isolate one or two coils that still work but are close to failure...but there is a nissan service message recommending replacement of ALL coils with updated/improved models to prevent this type of failure. TCS/SLIP is traction control. Most likely you have a speed sensor issue. Be aware, some vehicles can falsely illuminate TCS because of low tire pressure in a single wheel.
