Cabin atr filter

With the hood up, look up close to the windshield to see if there is a sort of 'grate' that extends across the width of the firewall. The filter will be under that on the passenger side.

Removing the cabin air filter on a 2001 mitsubishi galant

Open the glove box and empty the contents. gently push the glove box to the left and slide the stop toward you. Now slide the box to the right to get the left stop unhooked. Letting the glove box hang, look at the long thin plate on the fan shroud and undo the two screws holding it in. Now you can slide the cabin filter tray out of the fan shroud and replace the paper element. If you look at the fan shroud and see the rectangular slot but there are no screws in it , the cabin air filter has not been installed in your model. The rectangle can be cut out with an Exacto knife and the cabin air filter can be installed in the slot. You can purchase the cabin air filter tray, cabin air filter, and mounting screws at the Misubishi dealer. I purchased one out of an Eclipse at a salvage yard for $5 , washed it, and installed a new $10 dollar aftermarket paper element. I no longer have dust on my dash and it only cost $15.

Can't find the ''cabin air filter'' on my 1996 Honda Odyssey

A 1996 Honda Odyssey is not equipped with a cabin air filter. If I was looking for a restriction in the cabin air, the first place I would look is on the inlet side of the A/C condensor. ALL cabin air travels through the A/C condensor ALL of the time. (The heater core only sees air when the temp door is not directing the air around it and always after it has been through the condensor first.) I have seen gunk as hard as concrete clogging the condensor just from layers of dirt that collects on the wet coils then dries.

Where is the cargo filter located at to replace?

I assume you are referencing the "Cabin Air Filter" rather than the Cargo Filter.
Open Hood - look on the right side of the cowl, there should be a removable "access" plastic port- remove this port and cabin filter is inside. Note: Not all 300's were OEM equipped w/ cabin air filters.

How do i replace cabin filter in my 03 silverado?

i came across the same deal in my 2003 silverado. the owners manual says to replace the cabin filter but i sure couldn't find it. went to dealer. service manager looked at it, said mine didn't have a cabin filter. my truck is a work truck model (rubber floor mats, crank windows, etc.) and they don't have cabin filters. this may be your case., i don't know. if you have the fancy model, then you might have a cabin filter.
