Sounds like you blown a head and water is getting into your engine. Take it to your mechanic unless you can replace a head. If the water is not going into your oil it is burning out your exaust side of the head and thats why your getting the white smoke going out your exaust
Exhaust smoke is not a good thing, it can slowly destroy the catalytic converter. The color of the smoke is important to know, gray smoke is usually oil burning and white smoke is coolant.
