Question about 1996 Eagle Talon

1996 Eagle Talon Tail Lights

My tail lights are always on regardless if the headlight / tail light switch is on or off. Coincedentally, my cruise control stopped working. I am more concerned about the tail lights since I have to keep disconnecting my battery to turn off the lights.

Dash lights and tail lights wort work

Check your fuses. Dash lights and tail lights are on the same fuse. Check the fuses electrically, just looking at them is not enough. Replace any blown or damaged fuses with fuses of the same rating, NEVER use a fuse of a higher rating. If the fuse blows again, you have a short circuit to ground. Check all the front and tail lamps and their wiring and don't forget the trailer connector if you have one fitted..

If you already check the dimmer definetly you will have to remove the dashboard area where the indicator is and replace those light bulbs they are tiny so careful and first check your auto parts store for correct number.luck!
