Does your Buick have electronic level control (ELC), which utilizes air adjustable shocks. ELC maintains the rear trim height under a wide range of loads. Refer to ELC, as applicable ? Have you changed shocks on the back ?

Ford Air Ride Rear Suspension Down Diagnosis & Fix ... why theair ride compressor is not turning on and pumping up the air ridesuspension on your truck. ... Ford Expedition & Lincoln Navigator Air Ride C1725 Common Faults ... 2000 Ford Expedition - Replacing the rear shocks with load leveling shocks ...
try using nitrogen gas shockies instead of hydraulic units . Remember that you have lowered the car so the distance for the bump stops to the chassis will now be virtually nill so at every bump the stopper will hit hard on the chassis.
The repairs needed to be done & you authorize them
If you requested non ford oem parts,I would think the dealer discussed the result with you
Obviously the dealer gave you the car back when they knew it wasn't working correctly
I can not say I ever heard of that
I know they send you one your way & don't fix much or charge a lot,but you need them to resolve the issues at their expense
I barely know what your taking about
They disconnected some of the factory air ride systems knowing it would do just what it is doing or someone went home sick & thing went from bad to give them the car back & don't care
Try this.... My 2003 Lincoln Navigator was manufactured May 22, 2003 so it's the late model that came with the Intec 5.4 Liter DOHC V-8 (not the Triton engine). I replaced the two front ride height sensors (one for each air strut) and replaced the one rear ride height sensor (passenger side) that controls the ride height for BOTH rear air struts. That solved the problem for a few months during warm weather, until the weather started cooling off. Then back to the same issue. The front passenger air strut started releasing air from the solenoid (air block) making a "hissing sound." Replaced BOTH front air strut solenoids (connected at the top of each air strut). That also resolved the problem for a few days. After going all around the world, I discovered it's the Air Ride Control Module (ASM) that was the problem all along.
This is most likely the culprit for your air ride suspension problem.
There is a switch under the rear of the car that actuates the compressor when the ride height falls below a preset level. The switch could be out of adjustment from being hit with road debris, causing the compressor to run al this time. Or there could be an air leak causing the air shocks to be constantly trying to raise the ride height. If there is an air leak, the back of the car would be much lower than the front, but still maintain ride quality.
it likely has air ride suspension and usually the lines that go from the compressor to the rear air bags have failed. have the system tested for a cracked line or even a bad compressor. there is also level sensors that may be bad but unlikly.
Are the sensors or connections dirty? I would clean them. You can also use a pliers and tighten the female end of sensor and place it back in the connector.
Experienced problem after problem with my suspension on my 1990 LSC. Finally contacted "Strut Masters" online and replaced my entire system with a conversion for less than 400 and an afternoon. Installation was simple.
