Question about 1994 Cadillac DeVille
I have a 1994 Deville Concourse. It runs rough.
Cadillac Converter has been hallowed by previouse owner.
Map sensor has been replaced.
No codes present and only Supension codes in History.
I took one spark plug off at a time to see if it ideled different. Plug wire 4&6 when removed one at a time did not change idel.
It runs alittle rough at idel, really rough 1000RPMs to 3000RPM then smoths out alittle.
Fuel pumps sounds like it is running
Any help would be appricated
The "check engine" light will "light" when there is a malfunction in the engine management system. The fault code is then stored in the computer. The computer must be scanned to retrieve these stored faults to pinpoint the malfunctioning component. We recommend buying your own scanner and doing it yourself. With a pocket scanner you can check for fault codes to find out why the light came on in the first place. You can clear your cars trouble codes after you replace the malfunctioning sensors.
