Help where is the oil sending unit at and the fuel filter at on a northstar 32v sls cadillac

Check fuel filter.

should be in front of the drivers rear wheel mounted on the unibody rail near the fuel tank. should be pretty easy to spot once under the car.

Remove the fuel tank,the sending unit is in there
along with the pump

The bigger your engine compression ratio is... the higher the fuel octane that you have to use to reduce carbon deposits. If you value your car and will keep for a long time then use the higher octane. Otherwise, use the low-octane since price of fuel is steadily going up. Your's to decide.

The oil pressure sending unit is behind the front engine mount. You will need a deep special oil pressure socket to remove and install.It is NOT an easy task. There is no short cut but you might find it easier to remove the oil filter adapter, if you do that you should replace the "O" rings on the adapter. The oil pressure sender is mounted on the filter adapter
