Check the TFI module its the eletronic iginition module ford has problems with them can,t say for sure but if you can,t find any thing else this could be it Unless you want to check the coil you can do this buytaking a mulity meter set it to OHMS take the black lead from themeter put it on the negative termanul on the battery and the tach terminal with the red from the meter you should read .7 ohms to 1.7 ohms on the primary side of the coil if not in this range replace the coil And on the secondary side of the coil neg terminal bat to output wire main plugs into top of coil and dist cap you should read7.5 to 10.5 k 1000 ohms if not in this range replace the coil But likely its the electronic ignition module

1994 Ford E350 transmission seems like it slips at 45-55 MPH.

If you went 1k miles since that same issue occurred I would look at the transmission. A faulty torque converter, clogged fuel filter, or a clogged CAT can cause a delay in the shifting but it would happen right away not 1k miles later.

most likely you have a problem with your vacuum system. the check engine light is mainly for emission problems. it could the MAS airflow sensor as well though...

sounds like a bad starter,if the dash lights--radio--wipers work then most likely the starter went bad.A few years ago i had one and the starter cost then about $90.00
