the oil pressure relief valve may be sticking causing a fluxuating oil pressure .this valve allows acess oil to flow back to sump hope this helps!

think the oil pick up pipe is loose inside the sump ,have this before with older jags before ford took over

I bought a 1991 Jag XJ6 and the stereo was locked. I called the Jaguar dealer and spoke with a person at the parts desk (Cole European in Walnut Creek CA). He asked for the vin# and looked up the code. I don't think you can plainly see the code in your vin# because my code does not exactly match any of the numbers in the vin#. He did not charge me for giving me the code number, but you might have go in with your license and registration to prove the car is yours.

inhibitor switch on the blink,heavy steering ??this could be a variety of things,that need a hands on so i would suggest calling a mobile mechanic
