Try advancing or retarding the timing a few degree's to get it to run, once running adjust the timing a few degree's again to get it smooth. Are you adjusting the timing from the timing belt or distrubitor cap?

I REPLACED TIMING BELT .AND I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO RESET THE TIMING ,SO AS NOT TO DAMAGE TO MOTOR. WHEN I GO TO START IT UP .

If you did not set the gears(pulleys) in the same place or set the marks in the timing belt to the marks in the gears the car wont start. when you do the the job is when you set the timing, not after you done. If you use a cheap timing belt those belts do not have marks, I recommend to get a belt from toyota that has a mark for each cam pulley and another mark for the crank pulley. Toyota doesn't have interference engines, so no matter how bad is your timing the car wont start just spin.

I am changing timing belt in a 2000 accent and it wont start i lined up the timing marks and even turned it one full turn after that and it still dont start turns very freely

lots of possibilities. sounds like you may be out 180 degrees.
im thinking crank probably needs cylinder 1 at top dead center and then line the marks up.
best to double check the book.

Ka24e wont start/started at first but now no go plz help

The mechanical timing is off one tooth recheck the timing marks making sure the crankshaft is lined up to its zero mark on the timing plate located on the cover, sometimes the crank moves as the timing components are installed, to be absolutely sure the marks line up install the timing cover with just a couple bolts holding it in place to use as a reference to double check the crankshaft pointer is lined up to zero mark on the timing range plate.

Put the engine at TDC compression stroke , Thats when the valves are both closed on No 1 cyl and the piston is on its compression stroke .then align all cam and crank marks. set distributor/rotor button on No 1 cylinder (rotor pointing at #1 plug wire) . rotate engine 2 revolutions and recheck all marks. Fire away
