Make sure you have taken out ALL the screws in the doors. There are screws on the sides of the panel itself going around the door and then there will be one at the door handle. Once you know you have removed them all, place a flat head screwdriver on the outside corner (Bottom closes to door handle) and pry it up until you can get your hand on it and continue around the bottom of the door.
Once you get the bottom out just give it a bit of force and I also suggest you buy some new panel plugs. since the old plastic ones will most likly break or deform.

The inner door panel is held in by clips and screw.
Look at the door near the door handle there should be screws holding it in and along the outer edge of the door. Once loose, and the door handle removed or the arm rest removed. The door panel then prys out , because of the clips that hold it on. Then pops out by applying pressure to the panel upward to the top of the door. The clips always break because of the design and plastic.
Good luck

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door
