Question about 1999 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner
I am trying to install new seat covers but I can't get my headrest off to save my life.
There should be a button on the base of the headrest to raise & lower it. Push the button, and lower it. With the button pushed, raise the headrest, and pull hard. They ARE tight.

Hi, I have a toyota corolla 1998 model and are replacing my seat covers. The headrest (plastic) could not be moved) to pull off the whole cover. Eventually I made a small **** into foam rubber (bottom side) where the headrest tube ends. Surprise, you only clip them off and the whole plastic tube comes out. Hope it helps all your diy or if like me I just do not have the funds for new seat covers
