Question about 1995 Toyota Camry
All of a sudden I could not unlock my drivers door. How can you take the door panel off without opening the door?????
I'm assuming that the other doors operate normally.
It is possible to remove the door panel with the door shut, but it is difficult, and will damage the panel somewhat. Remove the interior door hardware just as if you were taking the door panel off with the door open, then go to the center of the bottom of the door panel and, using a coat hanger with a small hook bent on the end, work the hook between the scuff plate and the door panel, and then under the door panel, and pull up and out. Once the bottom of the door panel is pulled out, you can take your fingers and pull it out more and work your way around the door, freeing the panel as you go. It will take some work, as the panel is trapped between the door and the door opening. Work slowly and carefully so as to not destroy the panel.

Do you have triple A membership? if you have or your friend has it, you can call the triple A to open the door for you, it will cost you nothing.
Because there is a plastic clamp hold the bar connected to the door opener was broken or loss.
If you don’t have AAA membership, if you do not want to call Lock Smith, you can make a flat metal tool, just like one foot stake measurement , it should be around 18” and cut the front part like a C hook , shot from outside window near the handle, try several times see if you can hook the open bar from inside the panel, if you touch the inside handle bar, just pull it up, the door will open.

SOURCE: cant open back doors
yea its a bit of a pain but take a wire hanger and make the hook part straight then bend it about half an ince from the tip then from the inside slide it in the crack you can open driver side door and compare to find where to stick it then just get behind the child safty and unlock and open.

On a similar problem i removed the window controll switch unit on the drivers door and cleaned the multipin socket and this solved the same and other problems i had.
