Question about 1992 Pontiac Grand Prix
I mashed the horn button and it started blowing and would not stop until I pulled the fuse out. I have replaced the horn relay and it did not help. I removed the horn switch from the steering wheel completely and when I put the fuse back in it still blowed! So, I removed the horns completely and hooked them back up one at a time. Put fuse back in and it still blows.
HELP!!!!!! I need a inspection sticker now!!!!
The horn wire is grounding out inside the column. Probably got pinched or a little insulation stripped. You will have to trace the wire thru the column or just replace it.

Check the fuse for the horn.
Check the wires have not just come loose on the horn.
Next, if you have a volt meter, disconnect the horn, and connect the wire for the horn to the meter.
Have someone press the horn button.
If you have a reading of 12 volts or better, the horn is dead, if you have a reading of less than 12 volts, the the horn relay is likely faulty.
That is the item that is clicking as you reported. Just because it is clicking does not mean it is passing power through.
Hope this helps

The HORN Is a GROUND CONTROLLED BUTTON you need to FIRST Check under CENTER STEERING WHEEL Cover to see if it has a Bad Commectiot, After Asuring this there Is c CLOCK Spring UNDER Steering Wheel that is Fairly Common for Failing.
The FOB / Remote Utilizes a Different Part of the Curcuit to Activate Horn, I Hope this Helps you With your Problem as Im Sure of All that I Advised. Remember to RATE ME !!
