Question about 1999 Toyota Camry
You have to change it from under the car, there is two bolts that you have to loosen, Then there is a tensioner bolt you have to back that off until you can get the belt around the pulley once you have the belt around all the pulleys it needs to be around start to tighten the tensioner bolt until you can turn the belt about a 1/4 of a turn, Not to Tight Not to Loose, Then tighten the two remaining bolts to hold the belt tension, You should be all set.
