Question about 2005 Dodge Sprinter 3500 Standard Roof
I REPACED ENGINE OIL COOLER AND FLUSHED COOLANT SYSTEM 6 TIMES. STILL OIL GETTING IN COOLANT SYSTEM. CALLED CHRYSLER TECH. SUPPORT. NO HELP. UNIT HAS 110563 MILES OUT OF WARRANTY.
Hi. the head gaskets on this engine should be replaced asap. they are worn and cracked. this will permit the mixture you have stated in your post.

Either your oil cooler is faulty or blown gasget. Oil cooler located on left side of cylinder block size of little bigger than cigaret packet made from aluminium
