Terracan blowers wont turn off

Ok i could be 1 of 3 things blower relay, blower switch or blower motor resistor.First thing to do is check the blower motor resistor by pulling on and wiggling the pigtail to the resistor with the ignition and fan switches on.Then if there is no bad connection i would replace the relay and if no change afterwards replace the fan switch.

I have a 1995 safari with a blown head gasket looking for advice as to repair in the car or complete engine removal

Unless you have coolant in the oil, there is no real reason you'd want to remove the engine. Yes, after it's removed it's easier to replace the head(s) but any time saved there is wasted during the time spent taking it out of the vehicle. Most larger parts stores sell vehicle specific manuals, Most are under $30. Buy one when you get the new parts and use it as a guide fro R&R. Best to use tape labels and take photos as you work so you can find and put everything back correctly.

When I start my car I am hearing a chugging noise. The service engine soon light is on. I don't want to pay alot of money for them to look at it. Is there something my dad and I can do to fix it ourselfs?

best bet to start with is to go somewhere where they will check the check engine light for free-DO NOT TAKE THEIR ADVICE IN WHAT THE PROBLEM IS!!!!!!!
write the code(s) down and research those codes and common problems-check out my tip on s series problems-this may be your problem

Engine shakes alot and muffler sounds rough and shakes alot

i would have it looked at. sounds like a blown head gasket. if so be careful when you start it. bump it a couple of times and see if it feels like it doesnt want to turn over. if you try to start it and the gaskets have leaked onto the piston it can blow the motor up.

I have a 2001 eddie bauer expedition and I am trying to replace the oxygen sensors myself if the cost is worth it

I work for BOSCH and the operator of the line which makes these sensors. A tip for you to save even more money. Don't worry about buying the OEM, the aftermarket is the same, just looks a little different, these are tested the same, have the same inside components. These are tested the same and actually have better elements in the sensor. These are very easy to change except the driver front. There is a special wrench you can buy to do this with and it makes it alot easier. Just ask about it when going to purchase. It takes 20 minutes and you're done. The sensors for oem are $75-100 each x (4). Aftermarket $45-65 each
