940 non turbo running on first two cyls,spark ok replaced ing module,tune-up, had ecu checked ok.fuel injectors swapped no change what am I missing

hello" when i operate my volvo 940GL(1992 model) in mourning the rev engine raise to1700 and donot down to nature rev(750) unless i ignition off engine and ignition on return

Have you checked compression on non firing cylinders? Likely has blown head gasket between these two cylinders if located side by side.
