Question about 1981 Lincoln Continental
Does this car have a fuse block? if so where. I am going insaine.....I have a 2.5 amp draw when the car is off and everything is off in it...i dont know where to look i have toned the dang thing out and I can hear it throughout all the dashboard circuits....
SOURCE: lincoln continental fuses
I have heard there is a door sensor relay that can cause this problem when it goes bad, however i have not been able to locate this relay.
What i did do to better the situation is pull fuse 31 (15amp) out of the fuse pannel under the driver side dash and this will disable all of the interior lights and nothing else. I know this does not fix anything but at least i dont get dead batterys anymore.

Fuses are located by the pedals and under the hood. If ur batter is dieing while u drive it check altenator Battery ans starter because even if ur car starts the starter can still be bad because it has a silinoid and switch on it.

You could always go to your local library, and look at the car manuals that are located there, if you don't want to go to an Auto parts store and buy your self a manual for about 25 bucks.. (that's what I did) - A Chiltons...

My boyfriend connected the battery up backwards and fried some wires. How do I know which wires are fried? And how much would a new fuse box be?
